A custom intranet to streamline all-company communication for a national medical staffing firm.

### Overview

Fusion has employees spread out across the country, making it difficult to manage and maintain information and resources. We developed a brand-new, completely customized intranet that’s low-maintenance and easy to use. The site includes employee communication, file sharing, call tracking, and more.

#### Private Intranet

"The Fix" is hosted internally at Fusion and provides a secure place to post and share information all while integrating with Microsoft's Active Directory.

#### Call Records

The website integrates with a third party call management tool, allowing users to view exactly where they stand during the day.

#### Message Boards

Users are able to create topics and start threads for communicating with other users.

#### File Sharing

The most important company documents are kept on the website, with easy access to files within a user's department directly on the main dashboard.

#### Calendar Integration

"The Fix" pulls in calendars from Office365, so management can be done the way the admins work with other company calendars.

#### Recruiter Maps

Recruiters can easily see who is assigned to which states and toggle between departments. No more printed maps pinned up in staff member's cubicles.
